Yes. Players always use NextSet completely free. Your full access — lessons, session notes, goals, tasks, progress tracking, and messaging — is covered by your coach or club's subscription. You never pay a subscription fee.
Your coach shares their NextSet @handle, an invite link, or a QR code. Enter the @handle when you sign up or later from your profile, or open the invite link (or scan the QR code) and tap Join to connect instantly.
NextSet has a live iOS app, and you can also use it in any web browser. The app is the easiest way to get lesson reminders and push notifications on the go, but everything works from the web dashboard too.
Request a lesson from your coach right inside NextSet — pick a date and time, and your coach confirms it. If your club has court booking enabled, you can also book (and pay for) available courts online.
If your coach charges for lessons, you can pay securely in-app by card or Apple Pay. Payments are processed through Stripe and go directly to your coach.
